For our brand Compacon in the Danish market (the office is based in Copenhagen), we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Account Manager.
Junior Account Manager - Denmark
As a Junior Account Manager you are part of a motivated team in Copenhagen, within a growing international organization. As a Junior Account Manager you will be responsible for a group of key accounts, and learn how to use your creativity and commercial skills to develop a strong and successful relationship with our customers. As you develop in the role as Junior Account Manager, you will become a key player in the further expansion of the Compacon brand in Denmark, and the whole Nordics region in the future. After gaining experience and having established good customer relations as Junior Account Manager, we offer you the opportunity of developing into an Account Manager position.
With your ambitious mindset, your enthusiasm and your communication skills you are eager to gain more experience and knowledge in order to kick-start your career. You are the interface between Compacon and her key customers and responsible for sales targets. You are capable of selling our products and services in a professional way to our existing and new customers.
All in all, you will have various responsibilities, where you will work closely together with the Account Managers internationally, the inside sales team and the designers.
Who are you…
You have a persistent character and strong communication skills. You have experience in (inside) sales, and can’t wait for the opportunity to grow in an outside sales role of Junior Account Manager. Experience in our industry and / or in a creative environment is seen as positive, but not a requirement. In the end, perseverance, business acumen, creativity and the ambition & determination to reach goals and develop yourself is what defines you.
Your professional background:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales position or as Junior Account Manager.
- Complete fluency in Danish and English, and basic understanding of Nordic languages.
- Experience in our industry and / or in a creative environment is desirable.
