Customer Service Employee - Finnish
You will be part of the IGO sales team for the Nordics, UK and Ireland. This team is, with its online webshop and self-service model, an indispensable link for IGO. The team is divided between Order Entry, Customer Service, Inside Sales and Sales.
After our customers have placed an order, you as a Customer Service Employee, will be the first contactperson for our Finnish customers. You think along with the customer and remain closely involved with the customer and the entire order process which you will guide from A to Z. The customer will contact you with questions and / or complaints. So therefore you will stay in close contact with them and our suppliers to make sure we can meet the order agreements, and the customer is satisfied with the product and service. In fact, customer satisfaction is a very important parameter for retention, so good order management is essential.
All in all, it’s a very customer-oriented role, where quality and customer experience will be important. But with your commercial drive and customer focus you always strive for the best service for our customer with the best commercial result!

Who are you…
A customer-oriented and pro active attitude is the key to fulfill this job succesfully. You are the link between (often) complex web orders, incoming calls and e-mails, where you will be multitasking all the time. You like to work under pressure and making sure all orders will be deliverd on time and with the right quality. Therefore a accurate, pro active and multitasking skills are really important skills.
Besides that, we are looking for a teamplayer, who is energetic, enthusiastic, positive and humorous!
Your professional background:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer orientated job.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
- You have excellent computer skills.
- You are looking for a fulltime job.
