Order Entry Employee
You will be part of the IGO sales team for the Nordics, UK and Ireland. This team is, with its online web shop and self-service model, an indispensable link for IGO.
As an Order Entry Employee you ensure correct entry and/or processing of (internet) orders, quotes and administrative inquiries from colleagues all over the region. Our customers can place orders in various ways: via our web shop, via mail, via chat or by telephone via one of our sales colleagues.
You are expected to process the information, no matter the origin, in an organized and effective way. You make sure the quality is high, administration is smooth and that you sales colleagues can focus on customer communication.
In this role you will have sporadic, semi-commercial customer contact. You will be in close contact with your internal sales colleagues, and provide them with the needed information about orders/customers. This, on top of the common goal of achieving excellent customer experience with the whole IGO sales team in the Nordics, UK and Ireland!

Experience is important, but personality and personal skills are just as important to us! To be a successful Order Entry Employee in our organization, you are someone who works very accurately, and you will not miss any detail in orders. You are a team player, one who finds answers to questions. Finally, with your enthusiasm and positive energy, you will add to a pleasant and ambitious working environment!
Your professional background:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in order entry, back office or a similar position
- You have talent for learning IT systems and processes
- Fluency in English and at least one of the Nordic languages
