English speaking Sales and Customer Service Employee

What will you be doing?

• Be a key team member of the sales and customer service team driving new business opportunities from both an inbound and outbound motion
• Proactively contact current and former customers to reactivate and grow their accounts
• Follow up on leads like requests from and product samples and quotes sent to the customers
• Help our customers finding products to match their needs, create and follow up on quotes and orders
• Handling all requests coming in through phone calls, chats and emails

Who are you?

• Experience in similar positions within sales and customer service (is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills
• Good structuring and prioritizing skills
• Verbally and written fluency in British/ Irish English.
• Experienced living and working in any of the British countries or Ireland

· Work hours 10 to 18, Monday to Thursday, 9-16.30 on Friday
