What you will do
You will be part of the European Clipper Customer Service team based in Helmond consisting of twenty colleagues covering customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Scandinavia, the UK, and Ireland. You will therefore find yourself in an international setting, in which no day is the same!
You will be working for the UK/IE team where the operating language is English. Within this team, you will be the permanent point of contact for an assigned group of Clipper customers (resellers of promotional items).
The Customer Service department is the heart of our company and works closely together with the Sales department. As a Customer Service Employee, you will be involved in helping and advising customers from the relevant region, order management and good after-care. For this, you are customer-oriented, always aware of the customer's needs and able to combine these skills into optimal service. As a result, customers always come back to us, and you make an important contribution to generating maximum commercial results for Clipper in the region and its resellers!
Wondering what your duties and responsibilities will be then?
- You will oversee incoming calls and emails from our customers.
- Manage orders from A to Z, from their arrival to the moment of delivery. You are also responsible for actioning complaints and ensuring their proper handling.
- You function as our customers' back office.
- You see it as a challenge to help our customer, whereby you also dare to think creatively and think along with our customer with a commercial mindset.
- You have a collaborative relationship towards your sales colleagues and clearly take responsibility in this to form part of a talented team with a collective goal.
Overall, a very varied role in which you work intensively with your direct colleagues: Inside Sales colleagues, Account Managers, Country Manager and your supervisor, the Customer Service Manager. And if you are ambitious... you can certainly use that within our organisation!

Clipper-Interall is part of Plato Group. Plato Group has over 80 years of experience in the world of promotional items, gadgets, giveaways and business gifts. Plato Group is the umbrella organisation of three innovative and leading brands in our industry; IGO Promo, Clipper-Interall and Compacon. We are an international organisation with our headquarters in the Netherlands and regional offices in several European countries. Our location in Helmond is home to the logistics centre, print shop with more than 100 machines, purchasing department and various staff departments.

What do you bring?
Experience is a plus, but we consider drive, enthusiasm, creativity, pro activity, and ambition just as important!
What else do we ask?
- You have secondary vocational education/higher professional education working and thinking level and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position as Customer Service Employee, Commercial Administrative Employee, or related.
- You are driven and have the will to score. In addition, you always have a proactive attitude towards both internal and external stakeholders.
- You have good listening skills and by offering the right solution you ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Your knowledge of the English language is fluent (native is an advantage) both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
