Marketing Coordinator Nordics, UK & IE

Are you a digital marketing enthusiast ready to take on an international role? Join the IGO HQ in Helmond and help drive marketing initiatives across the Nordics, UK and Ireland.

What you’ll do;

As our new Marketing coordinator, you are the bridge between sales and marketing. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing marketing activities across a variety of markets (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, UK and Ireland) and communicating them to the sales team for smooth transition. Travel to our Nordic office in beautiful Copenhagen to sync with the sales team and enjoy the city while you are there. When back in Helmond you’ll get hands-on with campaigns, content and digital strategy while ensuring everything aligns with local market needs. Expect a dynamic role where no two days are the same!

Your main tasks:

•  Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Coordinate translations for SEO friendly content for website, newsletters, blogs, social media and more
• Help keep our Product Information Management (PIM) database up to date.
• Sync with the sales team to get a feel what’s playing in all markets
• Sync with the marketing team to align with marketing strategy
• Schedule and manage social media posts for LinkedIn
• Ensure content quality control across our websites and owned media

Who are we
You will become part of the Marketing, E-commerce and Category Management team in Helmond, which consists of 12 direct colleagues with all kind of different specialisms (SEO, Content, Design etc.). Across IGO in Europe, around 75 colleagues are employed.

IGO has grown into a strong European distributor and online player in promotional products. We offer a fully automated B2B webshop, supported by an excellent customer service and sales team. This enables our customers to easily find and order the right products.

IGO is part of Plato Group, an organization with over 80 years of experience in the world of promotional products. Plato Group is the umbrella organization of three innovative and leading brands in our industry: IGO Promo, Clipper Interall, and Compacon. We are an international organization with our headquarters in the Netherlands and regional offices in several European countries. Our location in Helmond houses the logistics center, the print shop with over 100 machines, the purchasing department, and various staff departments.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing.
• (Close to) native English skills (written and spoken)
• At least good understanding skills of the Dutch language
• Pre: a native-level writing skills in either Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
• Ability to travel to our Copenhagen office to sync with the team
• A structured and organized approach to work
