Norwegian speaking Student Workers, Sales & Customer Service

Are you looking for a flexible student position in the heart of Copenhagen? Our Norwegian market is growing fast and our ambitions are high, so we have two open positions open with planned start in June.  We are in need of two Norwegian speaking student workers to join the sales and customer service team in our Nordic office.

You will be an important part of a IGO Profil sales and customer service team for the Nordics, handling our Norwegian customers. The team is, with its online web shop and self-service model, an indispensable link for IGO.

What will you be doing?

• Handling incoming phone calls, chats and emails
• Help our customers finding products to match their needs, create quotes and orders
• Follow up on samples and quotes sent to the customers

Who are you?

• Are studying Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Communication with at least 1 year left of your study
• Verbal and written fluency in Norwegian and English. Knowledge of any of the other Nordic languages will be a valued asset
• Have great IT-skills and pick-up new systems and processes quickly

• Flexible working hours to fit your study programme (requires approximately 10-15 hours per week, with opportunity for more hours in busy periods.) Work hours between 8:00 and 16:00 on Monday to Thursday, 8:00 – 15:30 on Friday.
