Plato Group Foundation launches three-year partnership with Princess Máxima Center Foundation
The Plato Group Foundation has entered into a three-year partnership with the Princess Máxima Center Foundation. Through this partnership, the Foundation is supporting the expansion of a microscopy facility at the Princess Máxima Center for Pediatric Oncology. This contribution supports the centre's mission: to cure every child with cancer, with optimal quality of life.
The partnership was officially launched during Padel4Máxima. The event marked the beginning of a three-year commitment centred on long-term financial support and active involvement.
Expansion of a microscopy facility
The Princess Máxima Center for Pediatric Oncology works every day to bring its mission closer to reality. Through its partnership with the Princess Máxima Center Foundation, the Plato Group Foundation is supporting the expansion of a microscopy facility.
This expansion will enable researchers to gain better insights into how childhood tumours grow, change and respond to treatment. The aim is to support the development of improved treatments in the future.
Social responsibility
Social responsibility is an important part of Plato Group's vision. Through the Plato Group Foundation, the organisation supports initiatives worldwide that focus on vulnerable children, healthcare and humanitarian aid.
The partnership with the Princess Máxima Center Foundation closely aligns with these objectives and reflects Plato Group's ambition to further embed social responsibility within the organisation.
This commitment goes beyond long-term financial support. Plato Group also aims to harness the strengths, expertise and dedication of its employees to actively contribute to the mission of the Princess Máxima Center.
In this way, the partnership is supported not only by financial contributions, but also by the commitment and involvement of the wider organisation.
